All request for returns must be made within 12 days of the receipt of the order. You will have a further 14 days to return the item once a returns number has been raised and emailed to you.
Please do not send any returns back without a returns reference being issued and an address for the returns is passed on to you, as not all goods come from our warehouse.
Please note there are a number of items that cannot be returned, and these are made very clear on the item page.
We always advise that you package the item suitable for transit and return via your own carrier service (at your cost) should we require a POD at a later stage.
We strongly recommend that you insure the items against loss or damage as the item/s being sent back are at your own risk.
All item's being returned must be both unopened and in a saleable condition (no damage or writing or stickers on the original manufacturers packaging.
The returns department inspects all items, and should they deem any item not fit for resale then we would contact you to advise.
If the items being returned have been received as new and accepted by the returns department, we will refund you the cost of the item plus any carriage charges you would have paid us in full.
At our discretion, we may be able to take back items over 14 days but within 30, but this would incur a 20% re-stocking fee plus VAT.
We are a B2B site and distance selling regulations do not apply.
