Superior security for the home or home office, the 10M micro cut shredder is ideal for highly confidential documents such as bank statements, utility bills and letters, with its ability to shred an A4 sheet of paper into over 2000 pieces - 10 times more than cross cut shredders. The 10M paper shredder can shred 10 sheets of A4 paper per pass into 2x12mm micro cut particles and can shred continuously for up to 10 minutes before needing a 20 minute cool down period. Designed with safety in mind, perfect for the home environment, this micro cut shredder features a safety lock which prevents the machine from being accidentally activated. The spacious 19-Litre pull out bin is ideal for regular shredding. The smaller micro cut particles will mean you have to empty your bin less frequently than with traditional cross cut shredders as it can hold at least 387 sheets. With the paper shredders powerful micro cut cutters, the 10M shredder will not only shred your documents, but can shred staples and credit cards too.

Items will be be sent by either post or courier. Generally up to 85% of the goods available are sent out the same day for overnight delivery (if requested). Some items such as furniture or special order items can take up to 14 days. If your item is required urgently please contact us prior to placing an order by email or telephone to confirm. (UK Mainland only, excluding the Scottish Highlands, Islands and other remote areas)

Deliveries are made up to 6pm and someone should be available to receive them. If no one is available then a card will be left and a further attempt will be made generally within 48 hours.

If Item is not accepted by you for any reason, then the postage expenses shall be paid by you and a cancellation charge of a minimum of 20% of the order value will be charged for any such non acceptance.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland can take up to 6 working days for an economy courier or within 72 hours with an express courier. Some items may be chargeable to Northern Ireland these costs will be presented to you at the checkout.

Please note that all deliveries to Northern Ireland will incur a delivery charge.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland or any European Destinations are send on a DAP basis (Delivered to Place), this means we are not responsible for any duties, taxes clearance charges.

We will accept returns provided that they have not been opened and are sent back in perfect selling condition (this includes any retail packaging). Returns must be received back to us within 7 working days of receipt. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee applied to most returns, we may waive this fee at our discretion in certain circumstances.

We are unable to accept any returns for shipments that have been made outside mainland UK. We are also unable to accept returns or cancellations on special orders. Special order items also includes Plan Chests, Plan Filing Cabinets and Bobby Trolley's.

Any items that are damaged need to be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Any damages reported outside this period will not be accepted. Replacement orders will be sent carriage free ASAP.

Please email us before trying to return any item as you will require an RMA number otherwise your return will be rejected.
