The Leitz TruSens™ E12 EPA replacement filter is for use with the Leitz TruSens Z-6000 Performance Series Air Purifier. Designed to improve indoor air quality in professional large spaces, Leitz TruSens Performance Series Air Purifiers remove impurities and fill rooms with fresher, cleaner air. The powerful clean air delivery rate (CADR) provides complete coverage, while the E12 EPA filter with activated carbon works to reduce airborne virus exposure. These dual-sided filters are comprised of a E12 EPA filter with highly efficient activated carbon honeycomb granules and a durable mesh pre-filter. The filter is central to the air purifying process and replacing it is essential for optimal air purifier performance. Cleaner air you can count on.

Items will be be sent by either post or courier. Generally up to 85% of the goods available are sent out the same day for overnight delivery (if requested). Some items such as furniture or special order items can take up to 14 days. If your item is required urgently please contact us prior to placing an order by email or telephone to confirm. (UK Mainland only, excluding the Scottish Highlands, Islands and other remote areas)
Deliveries are made up to 6pm and someone should be available to receive them. If no one is available then a card will be left and a further attempt will be made generally within 48 hours.
If Item is not accepted by you for any reason, then the postage expenses shall be paid by you and a cancellation charge of a minimum of 20% of the order value will be charged for any such non acceptance.

We will accept returns provided that they have not been opened and are sent back in perfect selling condition (this includes any retail packaging). Returns must be received back to us within 7 working days of receipt. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee applied to most returns, we may waive this fee at our discretion in certain circumstances.
We are unable to accept any returns for shipments that have been made outside mainland UK. We are also unable to accept returns or cancellations on special orders. Special order items also includes Plan Chests, Plan Filing Cabinets and Bobby Trolley's.
Any items that are damaged need to be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Any damages reported outside this period will not be accepted. Replacement orders will be sent carriage free ASAP.
Please email us before trying to return any item as you will require an RMA number otherwise your return will be rejected.
