Unlike a traditional lock, the Conexis® L2 Smart Lock allows you to check in from anywhere in the world and receive real-time notifications in the event your door is unlocked unexpectedly. Tailored to suit your needs, you can gain access to your property through a variety of ways. This could be via your key tag, phone tag, or your smartphone when using the Yale Home App.
Give yourself the gift of convenience. All you need is your smartphone and with one tap you can unlock the door with ease. Grant access so that friends and family members can gain access to your home, even when you are not around. Once they’ve gained access, you can manage who can enter your property by disabling or deleting users through the Yale Home App. Access can be scheduled or made permanent for ultimate control of your home. You can also monitor who comes and goes, knowing when loved ones arrive home safely. The Conexis® L2 in Chrome uses encrypted Bluetooth technology and features a tamper alarm, so will sound an alarm when someone tries to gain access, offering an additional deterrent. Intelligently connected, the Conexis® L2 digital door lock also works with leading voice assistants Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa – “Alexa, is my front door locked?”

To achieve this BSI IoT Kitemark, the Conexis® L2 Smart Lock has undergone rigorous testing to ensure it functions and communicates as it should, and that the appropriate security controls are in place.
The Conexis® L2 in Chrome is completely wire-free, eliminating the need for cables running through your property. You can easily take it with you if you ever move home. You can seamlessly add extra key tags or phone tags to give additional users access easily.

Forget about long-term contracts, when you purchase the Conexis® L2 Smart Lock you aren’t tied into any monthly rolling or monitoring fees. This means you have the freedom share access and check the history of your digital door lock, without any additional costs.
Items will be be sent by either post or courier. Generally up to 85% of the goods available are sent out the same day for overnight delivery (if requested). Some items such as furniture or special order items can take up to 14 days. If your item is required urgently please contact us prior to placing an order by email or telephone to confirm. (UK Mainland only, excluding the Scottish Highlands, Islands and other remote areas)
Deliveries are made up to 6pm and someone should be available to receive them. If no one is available then a card will be left and a further attempt will be made generally within 48 hours.
If Item is not accepted by you for any reason, then the postage expenses shall be paid by you and a cancellation charge of a minimum of 20% of the order value will be charged for any such non acceptance.

All orders below £15 (excluding VAT) will incur a delivery charge £6.75 plus VAT for UK mainland. for Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man may incur charge £12 plus VAT for order values under £400 Excluding VAT.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland can take up to 6 working days for an economy courier or within 72 hours with an express courier. Some items may be chargeable to Northern Ireland these costs will be presented to you at the checkout.
For deliveries outside the E.U. all local taxes, surcharges, duties, if incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We will accept returns provided that they have not been opened and are sent back in perfect selling condition (this includes any retail packaging). Returns must be received back to us within 7 working days of receipt. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee applied to most returns, we may waive this fee at our discretion in certain circumstances.
We are unable to accept any returns for shipments that have been made outside mainland UK. We are also unable to accept returns or cancellations on special orders. Special order items also includes Plan Chests, Plan Filing Cabinets and Bobby Trolley's.
Any items that are damaged need to be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Any damages reported outside this period will not be accepted. Replacement orders will be sent carriage free ASAP.
Please email us before trying to return any item as you will require an RMA number otherwise your return will be rejected.
