In 2006, we were already precursors by recycling plastic water bottles to turn them into Pilot B2P pens. In 2021, we will go even further in the “From bottle to pen” logic and for the first time in the world, our B2P range will include, as part of its composition, plastic waste reclaimed from beaches. To retrieve this waste, we are collaborating with Terracycle, the global leader in recycling. What’s more, the range is expanding with the B2P Ecoball, made of 86.64%* recycled plastic bottles of which 2.5%** are recycled ocean plastic. This retractable, refillable ballpoint offers great writing comfort with a smooth-flowing ink that’s available in black, blue, red, and green.
An effective, fun, and highly innovative way to take part in the fight against sea pollution. Together, we can make a difference and help save our planet's resources. By producing a Begreen B2P Ecoball ballpoint pen with recycled plastic, Pilot is reducing the carbon footprint of the pen compared to the same pen produced without recycled plastic. But it does not stop there, by refilling it at least 3 times, you would be offsetting the carbon dioxide emissions too. From the manufacturing through to the end of the product life, it is estimated that buying this Begreen pen and refilling it 3 times reduces the total environmental impact of the pen by -85% compared to buying an additional 3 new pens. A small gesture can make a significant difference in our fight against climate change!

Items will be be sent by either post or courier. Generally up to 85% of the goods available are sent out the same day for overnight delivery (if requested). Some items such as furniture or special order items can take up to 14 days. If your item is required urgently please contact us prior to placing an order by email or telephone to confirm. (UK Mainland only, excluding the Scottish Highlands, Islands and other remote areas)

Deliveries are made up to 6pm and someone should be available to receive them. If no one is available then a card will be left and a further attempt will be made generally within 48 hours.

If Item is not accepted by you for any reason, then the postage expenses shall be paid by you and a cancellation charge of a minimum of 20% of the order value will be charged for any such non acceptance.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland can take up to 6 working days for an economy courier or within 72 hours with an express courier. Some items may be chargeable to Northern Ireland these costs will be presented to you at the checkout.

We will accept returns provided that they have not been opened and are sent back in perfect selling condition (this includes any retail packaging). Returns must be received back to us within 7 working days of receipt. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee applied to most returns, we may waive this fee at our discretion in certain circumstances.

We are unable to accept any returns for shipments that have been made outside mainland UK. We are also unable to accept returns or cancellations on special orders. Special order items also includes Plan Chests, Plan Filing Cabinets and Bobby Trolley's.

Any items that are damaged need to be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Any damages reported outside this period will not be accepted. Replacement orders will be sent carriage free ASAP.

Please email us before trying to return any item as you will require an RMA number otherwise your return will be rejected.
