SafeTrack In/Out Message boards are widely used in offices and reception areas as an easy way to facilitate effective scheduling and communication in the workplace.
The dry wipe magnetic whiteboard can be used with dry wipe marker pens and magnetic accessories. The whiteboard surface is 17 x 29 cm width x height. A line clearly separates each person so that messages can be clearly read / written.

The In/Out Message Boards are made from recycled PVC with a steel insert. The header panel allows you to write the department name. Each name plate is made from a C section magnetic rubber which is supplied with plain paper insert and a protective plastic cover. Simply remove the C section to update a name. Each name plate is 12 cm long x 2 cm high.
The in and out sliders glide left and right. It is a smooth action but tight enough to stop the sliders moving by accident. The sliders are 4 cm wide x 2 cm high.
To fix the boards, simply fix the pre drilled fixing rails, supplied with the boards, to the wall. The In/Out Message boards have 2 high strength magnets rivetted to the reverse which then attach magnetically into the fixing rails. Each fixing rail will have 2 corresponding high strength magnets on the reverse of the board. It is Quick and Easy to hang and remove the In/Out Message Boards. The square edge design makes this a very versatile product. The boards are multiples of the 10 name In/Out Message board, which allows you to choose where you put the additional 20 name message boards. Place to the side to create a wider display, or place one above the above the other if you have a narrow wall area. Each 10 name message board measures 416 x 350 mm
Items will be be sent by either post or courier. Generally up to 85% of the goods available are sent out the same day for overnight delivery (if requested). Some items such as furniture or special order items can take up to 14 days. If your item is required urgently please contact us prior to placing an order by email or telephone to confirm. (UK Mainland only, excluding the Scottish Highlands, Islands and other remote areas)
Deliveries are made up to 6pm and someone should be available to receive them. If no one is available then a card will be left and a further attempt will be made generally within 48 hours.
If Item is not accepted by you for any reason, then the postage expenses shall be paid by you and a cancellation charge of a minimum of 20% of the order value will be charged for any such non acceptance.

All orders below £15 (excluding VAT) will incur a delivery charge £6.75 plus VAT for UK mainland. for Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man may incur charge £12 plus VAT for order values under £400 Excluding VAT.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland can take up to 6 working days for an economy courier or within 72 hours with an express courier. Some items may be chargeable to Northern Ireland these costs will be presented to you at the checkout.
For deliveries outside the E.U. all local taxes, surcharges, duties, if incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We will accept returns provided that they have not been opened and are sent back in perfect selling condition (this includes any retail packaging). Returns must be received back to us within 7 working days of receipt. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee applied to most returns, we may waive this fee at our discretion in certain circumstances.
We are unable to accept any returns for shipments that have been made outside mainland UK. We are also unable to accept returns or cancellations on special orders. Special order items also includes Plan Chests, Plan Filing Cabinets and Bobby Trolley's.
Any items that are damaged need to be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Any damages reported outside this period will not be accepted. Replacement orders will be sent carriage free ASAP.
Please email us before trying to return any item as you will require an RMA number otherwise your return will be rejected.
